IRPF 2020 – Prazo Final

Na próxima terça-feira, 30 de junho de 2020, termina o prazo para a entrega da Declaração de Imposto de Renda Exercício 2020, referente o Ano-Base 2019.

O prazo original para a entrega que era 30/04/2020, foi prorrogado pela Receita Federal para o dia 30/06/2020, devido aos efeitos da pandemia do coronavírus.

Quem estiver obrigado e não apresentar ou entregar a declaração fora do prazo vai pagar multa de no mínimo R$ 165,74, mesmo que não tenha imposto a pagar. O valor máximo é o equivalente a 20% sobre o IR devido.

Quem deve declarar

  • Pessoas físicas residentes no Brasil que tiveram, no ano passado, rendimentos tributáveis acima de R$ 28.559,70;
  • Quem recebeu rendimentos isentos, não-tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, superiores a R$ 40 mil, em 2019;
  • Quem, no ano passado, teve receita bruta superior a R$ 142.798,50 em atividade rural;
  • Quem pretende compensar, no ano-calendário de 2019 ou posteriores, prejuízos com a atividade rural de anos-calendário anteriores ou do próprio ano-calendário de 2019.
  • Quem, até o final de 2019, era proprietário de bens superiores a R$ 300 mil;
  • As pessoas que tiveram ganhos de capital na alienação de bens ou direitos ou aplicaram em bolsas de valores, de mercadorias, de futuros ou assemelhadas em 2019;
  • Quem vendeu, no ano passado, imóvel residencial e usou o recurso para compra de outra residência para moradia, dentro do prazo de 180 dias da venda, e optou pela isenção do IR;
  • Pessoas que passaram a residir no País em qualquer mês do ano passado.

Não deixe para última hora

Segundo informações da Receita Federal, até as 17h de sexta-feira, quase 21 milhões de declarações foram recebidas pela Receita, o que representa 65,6% das 32 milhões esperadas para 2020. Ou seja, 11 milhões de pessoas (34,4% do esperado) ainda não prestaram contas com o Leão.

Sendo assim, ao deixar para a última hora existe o risco de problemas na transmissão, erros de preenchimento, falta de tempo para tirar dúvidas e após transmitir a declaração, não será possível mudar o modelo (simplificada ou completa) em caso de uma eventual retificação.

Se realmente não houver tempo hábil para entregar com todas as informações necessárias, orientamos a entregar a declaração mesmo que zerada e posteriormente retificá-la, evitando assim a incidência de multa.
